Grazing Table
We start with the freshest high quality fruits, vegetables, meat and cheeses. We then add breads, crackers, dried fruits, nuts, dips and sauces to create an abundance of options to ensure there is something wonderful for everyone! Our grazing table has over 25 different items on it.
Elevated Grazing Table
Our Elevated Grazing table includes of the the wonderful staples that make up Our expansive Grazing Table. But it is elevated through the addition of three fantastic appetizers. We have a wide selection of appetizers to choose from.
Breakfast Buffet with Grazing Table
Our Breakfast Buffet includes bacon, sausage, two frittata' and a grazing table which includes a variety of fruits, yogurts, bagels, muffins, nuts, dried fruits and spreads. This is limited to 30 - 50 guests.
Gourmet Deli Buffet
Our Gourmet Deli Buffet includes 4 deli meats, 3 cheeses, 3-4 types of breads, Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, Pickles, roasted red peppers, banana peppers and a variety of spreads. Displayed with fresh fruits, with your choice of 2 salads and cupcakes for dessert. (image shows 3 salads, third was at an additional cost).
Taco Bar
We start with the freshest high quality meats, with your choice of (2) beef, Chicken or Kahlua Pork. Then we add, shredded lettuce, Shredded Mexican 3 cheese, diced tomatoes, Cotija cheese, diced onions, salsa, and salsa verde. We then add soft and hard shell tacos, home made pickle red onions, cilantro lime crema, and black Bean and Corn Salad.
We also offer a Corn and Poblano Queso Cheese dip with tortilla chips as an appetizer at an addition a cost.
